the house of vampires, where the day never breaks. the ambient temperature is ideal for the preservation of body, and after a cold day, you get to jerk yourself up with a cold bath in the middle of the night.
and i am wondering why i am having headaches. should i blame those unearthly cold showers in the middle of the night or excessive coffee and stress? i wouldn't say the coffee was excessive though.
nevertheless i will praise the God of my salvation. i thank God that in this dry and thirsty land i still have water to consume and water to bathe. i thank God for His testing and His deliverance. many uncertainties lie ahead, but i will give thanks in advance for i know His favour towards me and His will will prevail. praise the Lord, o my soul; let all that is within me praise His name.

Regarding music. the uncanny parallelism between musical transcendent experiences and religious experiences.

Exactly like what was discussed in the Music and Health lecture: Music works like drugs and sex. It is something that has always puzzled evolutionists - what value does music add to survival value? just like our appreciation for beauty. and when they cannot explain these, they always ascribe it to sexual reasons - for mating and procreation. is there any wonder why music and art are becoming so perverted nowadays?

Baobab
Baobab is the common name of a genus (Adansonia) containing eight species of trees, native to Madagascar, mainland Africa and Australia.
I used to plant lots of this in my Sim Safari. love it! I didn't know it is native to Australia! now i want to look at the real thing before i go back to singapore!
Dionaea muscipula: the Venus Fly Trap
It may be famous, but it's also threatened.
